Project Overview
The Bellwether District represents one of the most ambitious redevelopment initiatives underway in Philadelphia. The 1,300-acre former refinery property in South Philadelphia is being transformed into a master-planned logistics and innovation campus designed to support new industries, jobs, and economic activity.
As a Trade Partner within the larger development, Torrado Construction contributed concrete construction associated with a major warehouse project. Torrado’s scope included foundation and flooring work requiring coordination and disciplined field execution within a large, active, multi-contractor construction environment.
Torrado’s participation reflects the company’s ability to contribute specialized concrete expertise to major development programs while working effectively as part of a larger construction team.
